Providing statutory, advisory,
monitoring and enforcement services to the Shire of
Donnybrook-Balingup community on environmental health
issues is the fundamental role of Council's Environmental
Health services. The section comprises the Manager of Development
& Environmental Services, Mr Leigh Guthridge, and Trainee
Environmental Health Officer, Miss Emma Della Franca.
